Lethbridge Family Services - Counselling, Outreach & Education is holding a personal growth group that consists of 4 week educationally group for individuals who identify as women, and who are looking for practical tools for recognizing signs of risk in dating experiences.
Through interactive exercises, participants will strengthen their knowledge and understanding while clarifying personal values and building confidence.
Educational group starts April 10-May 1, 2026
Open to women ages 18+
No cost to participate
