This training is designed for individuals who work in-depth to supporting individuals in accessing and supporting them through individualized services, referrals and even case management.

System Navigators only need to take the Tier training that the organization has identified, i.e. you don't need to take Tier 1 SN training before you take Tier 2 SN training.
