A Personal Growth Group
This group will support individuals in learning about the relationships between anger, thoughts, and behavior. Participants will have a chance to learn skills to identify and cope with their anger.
This group is available at no cost, for ages 18+.
This will be held at Lethbridge Family Services Counselling Office.
