Living
The LIVING Program at Quest helps develop and foster relationships within the home and community. This program works in collaboration with individuals, families, and community members to provide quality supports to people in their own home or shared home.
The LIVING Program offers support to over 60 people in a variety of settings which include 1:1 complex settings, shared 24/7 staffed arrangements, as well as roommate companion arrangements.
ACCESS
The Access Program is designed to inspire, empower, and connect people of all abilities through dynamic, engaging experiences both on-site and out in the community. Participants who attend are looking for slower pace and who benefit from more hands- on, hand-over guidance. Staff offer compassionate, attentive support tailors to each person’s pace and needs. At the heart at what they do is meaningful community access, recreation and leisure, and authentic friendship-building. Participants enjoy a vibrant mix of opportunities including Quest for Fitness Light, Creative Quest, immersive sensory experiences in the sensory room, seasonal decorations, cultural outings, and so much more.
IMPACT
At the heart of the Impact program are the people who attend it — their voices, goals, and passions shape everything we do. This is a member-driven community where individuals take an active role in planning activities, building skills, and giving back through meaningful volunteer opportunities. Participants focus on developing various skills, forming healthy and supportive friendships, and exploring personalized goals in a way that feels empowering and achievable. We take a holistic approach to well-being, supporting individuals in learning how to care for themselves physically, socially, and emotionally — while staying active and engaged in the broader community.
We are also proud to offer our SAIL group (Self Advocacy, Inclusion and Learning), which provides additional opportunities for skill-building, leadership development, self-advocacy and community engagement in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Our dynamic space is designed for both growth and fun. Members have access to a full-size kitchen for hands-on cooking experiences, video game stations, a classic arcade game, shuffleboard, and even a theater stage for performances, presentations, and creative expression — plus so much more.
REACH
Open 7 days a week, REACH offers a vibrant, welcoming space where members can feel safe and supported. More than just a place to spend the day, it’s a community built on respect, belonging, and opportunity.
We focus on strengthening independent living skills, encouraging social inclusion, and fostering meaningful relationships — all within a non-judgmental, compassionate environment. Members are supported in working toward personalized goals while learning practical daily living skills through Trauma-Informed and Harm Reduction–based approaches that honor everyone’s journey.
Our dedicated staff walk alongside members in real and meaningful ways — providing support with health needs, court and legal matters, home management skills, safety planning, and connecting individuals to valuable community resources.
Inside our thoughtfully designed space, there’s something for everyone: a lively games and recreation area, a theater room, a music space for creative expression, and a calming snooze room for rest and reset. We also host engaging events and activities including art classes, Foodie Friday, monthly pool tournaments, and a variety of recreational and entertainment opportunities.
